Crispus brings over 20 years of experience in telecom, energy, and industrial infrastructure. He leads Menengai Telecom’s investment strategy, strategic partnerships, and regional growth. He also serves on the Nakuru City Management Board and is a Director at Avenue Insurance Brokers Uganda.
